Lowongan Kerja PT Aplus Pacific

1. WAREHOUSE LEADER

Qualifications :

• Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• At least 1-3 years as a warehouse leader or Warehouse Department Head
• Understanding of warehouse inventory systems and warehouse operations
• Experienced in working in a mobile environment
• Placement: West Jakarta/Tangerang

Job Description :

• Oversee the area and inventory systems
• Responsible for inventory stock and warehouse management
• Inspect and monitor deliveries
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

2. SALES COUNTER

Qualifications :

• Senior High School in any major
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as Sales Counter/Sales Admin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/SAP/ERP
• Communicative and able to coordinate with various parties
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in work
• Placement: West Jakarta/Tangerang

Job Description :

• Create Sales Orders (SO)
• Arrange sales delivery
• Check stock in the warehouse
• Coordinate with AR for application purposes
• Process orders according to procedures
• Record transactions of incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse accurately and neatly

3. PRODUCTION LEADER

Qualifications  :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as Warehou
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel
• In-depth knowledge production SOP
• Placement: West Jakarta/Tangerang

Job Description :

• Responsible for supervising the entire production process, from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring timely completion
• Maintain consistency in applying work methods and adhering to health and safety standards (K3)
• Prepare periodic reports on production results
• Accountable for achieving production targets set by management

4. LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/ Transportation/ Supply Chain Management
• At least 2 years working experience as Logistic Supervisor in Manufacture/ Distribution Center/Warehouse
• Understanding of logistics & supply chain management principles
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and delegate responsibilities
• Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Placement: West Jakarta/Tangerang

Job Description :

• Planning and Controlling warehouse operations systems by determining product mapping and storage requirements, purchase order, picking product processes (FIFO), and shipping
• Ensure all operational activities are carried out in accordance with SOP
• Ensure accurate product inventory align between system and physically
• Make a stock taking schedule every month
• Monitor transportation system as for delivery delays that could affect projects or customer satisfaction.
• Search & compare prices to determine the right expedition
