PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation, atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Susi Air, merupakan maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang didirikan pada tahun 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti, mantan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia. Maskapai ini berkantor pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, dan memiliki fokus utama pada penerbangan perintis dan kargo di wilayah terpencil di Indonesia.

Susi Air didirikan dengan visi untuk membuka konektivitas udara di wilayah terpencil di Indonesia yang sebelumnya tidak terjangkau oleh maskapai penerbangan komersial lainnya. Misi Susi Air adalah untuk menyediakan layanan penerbangan yang aman, andal, dan terjangkau bagi masyarakat di daerah terpencil, serta untuk mendukung pembangunan ekonomi dan sosial di wilayah tersebut.

Susi Air memulai operasinya dengan hanya dua pesawat Cessna Caravan. Seiring dengan perkembangannya, maskapai ini telah memperluas armadanya hingga lebih dari 50 pesawat, yang terdiri dari berbagai jenis pesawat kecil dan menengah seperti Cessna Grand Caravan, Pilatus Porter, dan Piaggio P.180 Avanti II. Susi Air melayani lebih dari 50 destinasi di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk di wilayah Papua, Kalimantan, dan Nusa Tenggara Timur.

Meskipun demikian, Susi Air tetap berkomitmen untuk menyediakan layanan penerbangan yang aman, andal, dan terjangkau bagi masyarakat di wilayah terpencil di Indonesia. Maskapai ini terus mengembangkan armadanya dan membuka rute-rute baru untuk meningkatkan konektivitas udara di seluruh Indonesia.

Lowongan Kerja PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation

1. Management Trainee

Responsibilities :
  • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
  • Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
  • Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
  • Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship
  • Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
  • Preparing documents and updating records.
  • Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
  • Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.

Requirements :
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree All Major from Reputable University
  • Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
  • Able to work individually and within a team
  • Work well under pressure
  • Good character, creative, innovative
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Skill in multitasking
  • Excellent organizational skill
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
  • Able to work in an agile environment

2. On Job Training

Responsibilities :
  • Work with the head of business department to determine the training needs and team development direction.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs suitable for different staff levels and functions, including seminars, etc.
  • Implement effective training methods, including e-learning platforms, seminars and on-the-job training.
  • Manage the entire training cycle, from needs assessment to plan assessment to improvement.
  • Strong ability to report and summarize.

Requirements :
  • Graduate SMA/SMK is minimum
  • Aged within the range of 18-27 years
  • Single, have not marriage yet
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Able to work individually and within a team
  • Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
  • Work well under pressure
  • Can operate Microsoft Office
  • Easy to adapt with new environment
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia (Including remote areas)

3. Officer (All Position)

Responsibilities :
