Lowongan Kerja PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia
1. HR Compensation & Benefit Staff (Fresh Graduates)
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain, control, and update personnel information and payroll data of employees in the various administration systems
- Manage all employee expenses related benefit such as medical reimbursement, insurance, BPJS, etc.
- As an Administrator for BPJS System, SIPP Online for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, e-DABU & e-ID for BPJS Kesehatan, e-SPT PPh 21, and e-Filling for monthly employee income tax return
- Coordinate with Third Party (such as hospital, insurance vendor, BPJS, and Tax Office)
- Responsible in manage all employees insurance, calculate allowances, overtime, and all related with monthly payroll procedure
- Manage all related documents such as employee agreement and employee contract, etc.
- Assist local expatiates in preparing Annual Individual Income Tax Return Report
- Responsible in manage all expatriate welfare
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Management/ equivalent with max. 2 years of working experience in related field with the same position (preferably has background in manufacturing industry)
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Able to operate Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel formula (IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT)
- Having certification of Brevet A and B would be an advantage
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Willing to be placed in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
2. Sales Admin (Expediter)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical work in conjunction with the operation of the department
- Manage sales order and track delivery dates
- Maintain regular contact and build strong working relationships with clients
- Ensure that all systems and spreadsheets are updated with accurate order/ delivery information
- Export (in detail): understand and apply international trade terms (B/L, T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, etc.); review and manage export documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists; track shipments and coordinate with customs clearance agents; liaise with shipping companies and other relevant parties
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Degree from any discipline
- Min. 2 years of experiences in Sales in global multinational company
- Ideally have past experience within an expediting/ progress chasing role within an Engineering/ Chemical Manufacturing environment
- Understanding SAP (ERP) and E-Sales system
- Solid understanding of logistics and export procedures
- Knowledge of sales strategic sourcing skills to support the operation of petrochemical plant
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Outlook
- A strong team player with good communication skills (Bahasa and English)
- Have a great work ethic, principle-based behavior, and a willingness to learn
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
3. Static & Piping Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing construction drawing (Stationary equipment drawing, Piping drawing, etc.) construction procedure and method statement
- Work supervision and and Participate in the inspection and test.
- Looking for the cases that deviated from construction specifications and procedures.
- Safety audit in work site.
- Assist Engineer with the planning and scheduling of the work
- Preparing work order/ request (Maintenance Stage)
- Inventory/ Spare parts tracking and purchase request (Maintenance Stage)
- Material receiving inspection
- Management of Sub-Contractor company (Maintenance Stage)
- Review invoice document from contracting company (Maintenance Stage)
- Initiate ideas to reduce maintenance cost.
- Plan and manage of Planned/ Turnaround work
- Education and training to strengthen the competency of junior staff (Maintenance Stage)
- Interfaces with equipment vendor representatives for technical assistance and verification on inspection hold points as required
- Plan and coordinate activities with other sections and divisions (Maintenance Stage)
- Maintain the maintenance record in the system (Maintenance Stage)
- Respond to emergency situations if required (Maintenance Stage)
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma 3 in Mechanical Engineering, with 5 – 10 years related industry experience in Petrochemical or Chemical plant/ Oil & Gas Plant/ Power Plant industry
- High school graduate or equivalent with minimum 10 years of experiences as a Supervisor will be considered
- Preferable experience for Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Tank, Boiler, Column, Fired Heater and Process Piping
- Background from environment of Petrochemical or Chemical plant/ Oil & Gas Plant/ Power Plant
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
4. Sr. Static & Piping Technician

- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
