Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales in the health and retail beauty industry.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, email campaigns, PR, and advertising.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to create and launch new products, ensuring effective go-to-market strategies.
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and in-store activities to engage customers and boost brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Oversee the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media, and partners to enhance brand reputation and drive customer acquisition.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with brand guidelines and convey the desired brand message.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI.
